استهدف البحث التعرف علي واقع التماثل التنظيمي لدي العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة، وتتضح أهمية البحث في قيمته التطبيقية وما يمكن أن يقدمه من خدمات في مجال الإدارة داخل المؤسسات الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. يشمل مجتمع البحث العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة والمتمثل في "أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد وأفرعه، وكذلك أعضاء لجان الاتحاد المختلفة، ومديري الاتحاد وأفرعه المختلفة (مالي- تنفيذي)، وإداري الاتحاد والأفرع" للموسم الرياضي ٢٠٢٣م/٢٠٢٤م والبالغ عددهم (١٥١) فرد. قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة والمتمثل في " أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد وأفرعه، وكذلك أعضاء لجان الاتحاد المختلفة، ومديري الاتحاد وفروعه المختلفة (مالي- تنفيذي)، وإداري الاتحاد والأفرع" للموسم الرياضي ٢٠٢٣م/٢٠٢٤م بواقع (١٠٦) فرد بنسبة مئوية (٧٠,١%)، كما قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الاستطلاعية بواقع (٢٠) فرد وبنسبة مئوية (١٣,٢%)، واستخدم الباحثون استمارة الواقع الفعلي للتماثل التنظيمي لدي العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة في جمع البيانات، ومن اهم النتائج نشر أسلوب التماثل التنظيمي عن طريق تدريب العاملين وتوعيتهم بمفهومه وأهميته وخطوات تنفيذه مع شرح وعرض للنماذج والتجارب الناجحة في تطبيق هذا الأسلوب.
The research aimed to identify the reality of organizational symmetry among the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, and the importance of the research is evident in its applied value and the services it can provide in the field of management within sports institutions, and the researchers used the descriptive approach with its steps and procedures for its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community includes the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, represented by "members of the Board of Directors of the Federation and its branches, as well as members of the various committees of the Federation, directors of the Federation and its various branches (financial- executive) , and the administrative of the Federation and branches" for the sports season 2023/2024, numbering (151) individuals. The researcher selected the basic research sample in a stratified random way from the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, represented in "members of the Board of Directors of the Federation and its branches, as well as members of the various committees of the Federation, directors of the Federation and its various branches (financial- executive) , and the administrative of the Federation and branches" for the sports season 2023/2024 AD by (106) individuals by a percentage of (70.1%) , and the researcher also selected the exploratory research sample by (20) individuals and a percentage of (13.2%) , and the researchers used the actual reality form for organizational similarity among the employees of the Egyptian Football Association The plane in data collection, and one of the most important results is the dissemination of the organizational symmetry method by training employees and raising their awareness of its concept, importance and steps for its implementation with an explanation and presentation of successful models and experiences in the application of this method.
