هدف البحث إلى التعرف على إدارة المعرفة لدى العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة وعلاقتها برفع كفاءة الأداء من خلال التعرف على مدى تطبيق العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة لعناصر إدارة المعرفة. وكذلك وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لإدارة المعرفة بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة وعلاقتها برفع كفاءة الأداء. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من عينة من العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في تطبيق استبيان. وأشارت نتائج البحث وجود قصور في امتلاك الاتحاد برامج متخصصة لبحث وتطوير المعرفة. وان الطبيعة التراكمية من المعلومات المتوفرة لدي العاملين تسهم في إبداع وابتكار المعرفة. كما أن إتاحة الفرصة لبعض الأفراد بتقديم أفكار واقتراحات جديدة يؤدي إلى تطوير الأداء وبالتالي تطوير أسلوب العمل. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تطبيق الاستراتيجية المقترحة لرفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة. وكذلك ضرورة العمل على تطبيق أسلوب إدارة المعرفة بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة لما قد يكون له أثر إيجابي على مستوى العاملين وتحسين الأداء. وتوجيه القائمين على إعداد وتنفيذ البرامج الإدارية على استخدام البرنامج المقترح لصقل العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة. والتركيز على البرامج التدريبية كمدخل فعال للتنمية والارتقاء بقدرات العاملين. وأيضاً يجب عقد دورات تدريبية مستمرة لإمداد العاملين بالاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة بالأساليب الحديثة في مجال الإدارة لتوسيع مداركهم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research was to identify the knowledge management of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation's employees and its relation to raising the efficiency of the performance by identifying the extent of application of the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation to the elements of the knowledge management, as well as the development of a proposed knowledge management strategy for the Egyptian Volleyball Federation and its relationship to raising the efficiency of performance. The research used the descriptive approach. The research group consisted of a sample of the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation. The search tool was applying a questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that there is a lack of specialized programs for the research and development of knowledge in the Federation. The cumulative nature of information available among the employees contributes to the creativity and knowledge creation. In addition, the opportunity for some individuals to provide new ideas and suggestions leads to the development of the performance and thus develop the method of working. The study recommended the need to implement the proposed strategy to raise the efficiency of the performance of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, As well as the need to work on applying the knowledge management method in the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, which may have a positive impact on the level of the employees and improve their performance. Furthermore, it recommended the necessity to guide the people who are responsible of the preparation and implementation of the administrative programs on the use of the proposed program to refine the employees of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, and focus on training programs as an effective input to development and upgrading the capabilities of the employees.
