استهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع هيكل تنظيمي مقترح لمحكمة رياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية بواقع (١٨٠) فرد من بين مجتمع البحث المتمثل في الأندية والاتحادات الرياضية والهيئات المخاطبة بقانون الرياضة ذلك وفقاً لنص المادة (٦٧) في قانون الرياضة المصري، خبراء في التشريعات الرياضية والقانون (محامون متخصصون في القضايا الرياضية ورؤساء بعض المحاكم)، وقد استخدم الباحثون استبيان الهيكل التنظيمي المقترح لمحكمة رياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية كأدوات لجمع البيانات وفي ضوء الأهداف والتساؤلات. وكانت من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث انه يعتمد فض المنازعات الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية على لجان فض المنازعات والقضاء المصري والمحكمة الرياضية الدولية ولا يوجد هيئة تحكيم أو محكمة رياضية بهيكل تنظيمي واضح لفض المنازعات الرياضية:- أ-المحور الأول "رئيس المحكمة" بنسبة مرتفعة بلغت (١٠٠%). ب-المحور الثاني "نائب رئيس المحكمة" بنسبة مرتفعة بلغت (99.07%). ج-المحور الثالث "مدير المحكمة" بنسبة مرتفعة بلغت (97.40%). د-المحور الرابع "ثلاثة خبراء رياضيين" بنسبة مرتفعة بلغت (94.44%)
Title of the research: "A proposed organizational structure for a sports court in the Arab Republic of Egypt". The current research aimed to develop a proposed organizational structure for a sports court in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The research sample was selected using a random stratified method, with (180) individuals from among the research community represented by clubs, sports federations, and bodies addressed by the Sports Law, according to the text of Article 67 of the Egyptian Sports Law, experts in sports legislation and law (lawyers specializing in sports cases and heads of some courts). The researchers used the questionnaire of the proposed organizational structure for a sports court in the Arab Republic of Egypt as tools for collecting data and in light of the objectives and questions. One of the most important results reached by the research was that the resolution of sports disputes in the Arab Republic of Egypt depends on dispute resolution committees, the Egyptian judiciary, and the International Sports Court, and there is no arbitration body or sports court with a clear organizational structure for resolving sports disputes: - a. The first axis "the head of the court" with a high percentage of (100%). b. The second axis "Vice President of the Court" with a high percentage of (99.07%). c. The third axis "Court Director" with a high percentage of (97.40%). d. The fourth axis "Three Sports Experts" with a high percentage of (94.44%).
