هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الكفايات المهنية، الأكاديمية، الشخصية والتدريسية، لطلاب التربية العملية بجامعة دنقلا تخصص علوم رياضيات التي تحققت من خلال ممارسة التربية العملية لدفعة (2020- 2021م حيث شكل طلاب قسم علوم رياضيات والبالغ عددهم (67) مجتمع الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وكانت الاستبانة هي أداة الدراسة. بلغ حجم العينة (52) بنسبة 78% وتم استخدام برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات إحصائياً. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن يسهم الطالب المعلم لمادة الرياضيات في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي والمعرفي لدى الطالب ويمهد لكل درس ويراجع النقاط الرئيسية فيه ويساهم في تصحيح الأخطاء السلوكية للطلاب بالتشجيع على تحمل المسؤولية. قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات أهمها عدم السماح لغير خريجي كلية التربية بالعمل ما أمكن ذلك وتفعيل تطبيقات الكفايات المهنية لما له من أثر إيجابي لتحسين مستوى طلاب التربية العملية مع ضرورة تخفيض عدد التلاميذ في الصف.
The study aimed to reveal the professional, academic, personal, and teaching competencies of practical education student at Dongola University, specialized in mathematics, which were achieved through the practice of practical education for the) 2020-2021 (batch, where the students of the department of mathematical science, who numbered (67) , constituted the study population. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and together with the questionnaire technique as the study tool. The simple size was (52) , representing about 78%, and the SPSS program used to analyze the date statistically. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The student teacher of mathematics contributes to developing students creative and cognitive thinking, The student teacher prepares the lesson for each lesson and reviews the main points and the student teacher contributes to correcting student behavioral errors by encouraging them to take responsibility. The study also made some recommendations, including: Only graduate students of the faculty of education specialized in mathematics are allowed to practice the job of teaching mathematics as far as possible, activating the applications of professional competencies because of its positive impact on improving the level of practical education student and the number of students in the class should be reduced to enable teachers to do their job properly.
