|a يتناول هذا البحث فترة مهمة من التاريخ النقدي لمدينة هراة ويعكس بوضوح أهمية النقود كونها مرآة للتاريخ، فتسجل النقوش الكتابية على نقود مدينة هراة في الفترة (1273- 1280ه/ 1856- 1863م) مرحلة من مراحل الصراع الإيراني الأفغاني في بسط السيطرة على إقليم خراسان عامة، ومدينة هراة خاصة، ودخول مدينة هراة تحت الحكم الإيراني تارة، وتحت الحكم الأفغاني تارة أخرى، وكيف سعت كلتا الدولتين (الدولة القاجارية في إيران ودولة الباركزائي في أفغانستان) بمختلف الوسائل في الدعاية لقوة نفوذ كل منهما في الاستيلاء على مدينة هراة والتي جاءت منها النقود المنشورة في هذا البحث.
|b This research deals with an important period in the monetary history of the city of Herat and clearly reflects the importance of coins as a mirror of history. The inscriptions on the coins of the city of Herat in the period (1273- 1280 AH/ 1856- 1863 AD) record a stage in the Iranian-Afghan conflict in extending control over the Khorasan region in general. And the city of Herat in particular, and the entry of the city of Herat under Iranian rule at times, and under Afghan rule at other times, and how both states (the Qajar state in Iran and the Barakzai state in Afghanistan) sought by various means to propagate the strength of each other’s influence in seizing the city of Herat, from which the coins came. Minerals produced in this research.
