|a يهدف هذا المقال إلى التطرق للعلاقة بين الإعلام والرأي العام لمعرفة طبيعة تلك العلاقة من حيث التأثير والتأثر، إذ يعد الإعلام من أهم العوامل المساهمة في تكوين الرأي العام وتشكيله لكونه المحرك الأساسي له، فهو من يزود الجمهور بالمعلومات والأخبار بهدف الإقناع والتأثير على الآراء والسلوك، فلا يمكن تكوين رأي ما حول قضية بدون الحصول على معلومات عنها. وحاول المقال التعريف بمفهوم الرأي العام ونشأته وأهم الوظائف التي يطلع بها ومراحل تكوينه.
|b This article aims to address the relationship between the media and public opinion in order to know the nature of that relationship in terms of influence, as the media is one of the most important factors contributing to the formation and shaping of public opinion because it is its primary driver. It is the one that provides the public with information and news with the aim of persuading and influencing opinions and behavior. It is possible to form an opinion about an issue without obtaining information about it. The article attempted to introduce the concept of public opinion, its origin, the most important functions it performs, and the stages of its formation.
