المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إيضاح أهم معالم التشريع الإلهي للأخلاق التي أراد الإسلام ترسيخها في المجتمع الذي كان حديث عهد بالجاهلية بما كانت تشتمل عليه من سلوكيات خاطئة وقيم بعيدة عن الإسلام ومثله السمحة الكريمة، وقد تناول البحث أبرز معالم التشريع الأخلاقي المتصلة بعلاقة الإنسان مع خالقه التي تعد أساس التشريع الأخلاقي بصورة عامة، ثم تناول بالتفصيل معالم التشريع الأخلاقي فيما يتصل بعلاقة الإنسان مع أسرته التي تعد من أهم أسس بناء الحياة الاجتماعية، إذ تعد الأسرة هي اللبنة الأولى في بناء المجتمع فإذا كانت علاقات أفرادها منسجمة مع توجيهات القرآن الكريم، كانت أسرة عامرة بالخير والتعاون والتفاهم المثمر الذي ينعكس إيجاباً على المجتمع وعلى الحياة برمتها، كما أوضح البحث أيضا أهم معالم التشريع الأخلاقي في المجتمع المكي من خلال بيان علاقة الإنسان بمجتمعه من خلال الآيات القرآنية التي نزلت في المرحلة المكية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: 1- أن التشريع القرآني المكي أوضح معالم السلوكيات والأخلاق التي ينبغي أن يتعامل بها الإنسان مع خالقه، كالشكر الدائم والاعتراف بوحدانية وعدم الشرك به والتذلل له والاستلام لأمره، وإرجاع كل أمر إليه، وعدم الاعتراض على تدبيره. 2- العلاقة بين الإنسان وأسرته علاقة قائمة على السلوك القرآني الذي أمر بقيام كل فرد بواجبه من خلال موقعه في الأسرة، سواء كان زوجاً أم زوجة أم أولاداً، أم غير ذلك من فروعها، وتأسيس مبدأ التعاون الذي هو أساس حياة وأساس انسجام الأسرة. 3- كما أن علاقة الإنسان بمجتمعه علاقة قائمة على إسداء الخير للمجتمع والمحافظة على كينونته وتماسكه من أجل تحقيق التكافل والتعاون وترسيخ مبدأ التواصي بالخير.

This study aims to clarify the key features of the divine ethical legislation that Islam sought to establish in a society that had recently emerged from pre-Islamic ignorance, which was characterized by wrongful behaviors and values far removed from the noble and tolerant principles of Islam. The research addresses the most important aspects of ethical legislation related to the relationship between humans and their Creator, which is considered the foundation of ethical legislation in general. It then elaborates on the ethical legislation concerning the relationship between individuals and their families, which is one of the most critical foundations for building social life, as the family is the cornerstone of society. If the relationships among its members are in harmony with the guidance of the Holy Quran, it will be a family filled with goodness, cooperation, and fruitful understanding, positively reflecting on society and life as a whole. The research also highlights the main landmarks of ethical legislation in the Meccan society by examining the relationship between individuals and their community through the Quranic verses revealed during the Meccan period. The study concluded with several key findings, including: 1. The Meccan Quranic legislation clarified the behaviors and ethics that humans should adhere to in their relationship with their Creator, such as constant gratitude, acknowledgment of His oneness, avoidance of associating partners with Him, humility, submission to His command, attributing all matters to Him, and refraining from objecting to His decrees. 2. The relationship between individuals and their families is based on Quranic conduct, which mandates that each person fulfills their duties according to their role within the family-whether as a husband, wife, children, or other family members-while establishing the principle of cooperation, which is the foundation of a harmonious and stable family life. 3. The relationship between individuals and their community is based on doing good for society, preserving its integrity and cohesion, achieving solidarity, and cooperation, and the reinforcement of the principle of mutual encouragement towards righteousness.
