المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على طرق تحليل وكشف المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية المستخدمة في المختبرات وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس وهو "ما هي أشهر أنواع طرق تحليل وكشف المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية؟" وتبدو أهمية الدراسة في أنها تلقي الضوء على تعريف طرق تحليل وكشف المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية والحالات التي يتم فيها استخدام طرق تحليل وكشف المخدرات وأنواع التحاليل والاختبارات المستخدمة للكشف عن المخدرات، وأنواع العينات البيولوجية. تقسم الدراسة إلى مبحثين هما: المبحث الأول: تعريف طرق تحليل وكشف المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية والحالات التي يتم فيها استخدامها وأنواعها. المبحث الثاني: العينات البيولوجية والإجراءات التحليلية الخاصة بها خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، ولعل اهم نتائجها ما يلي: يتم الكشف عن المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية باستخدام عدة أنواع من الاختبارات والتحاليل، ويتم اللجوء إلى هذه الاختبارات في عدة قضايا حساسة وضرورية، والعينات البيولوجية المستخدمة متعددة ويجب أن تخضع لإجراءات تحليلية خاصة حتى تكون نتائجها دقيقة ولا مجال للشك فيها. ومن أهم التوصيات: يجب العمل على تطوير التحاليل والاختبارات الخاصة المستخدمة في الكشف عن المخدرات في العينات البيولوجية وأن تتم في ظروف خاصة حتى لا يمكن التشكيك بنتائجها، ويجب إعداد العينات البيولوجية بطرق وإجراءات خاصة وصارمة للاعتماد بشكل مطلق على نتائجها، وتوفير الدورات الكافية والتدريب اللازم عن كيفية الاستخدام الأمثل والصحيح لهذه التحاليل والاختبارات لذوي الاختصاص.

This study aims to shed light on methods of analyzing and detecting narcotics in biological samples used in laboratories. The problem of the study is summarized in the main question, which is, "What are the most common types of methods of analyzing and detecting narcotics in biological samples?" The importance of the study appears to be that it sheds light on defining methods of analyzing and detecting narcotics. In biological samples, cases in which drug analysis, detection methods are used, types of analyzes, and tests used to detect narcotics, and types of biological samples. The first section: Defining methods for analyzing and detecting narcotics in biological samples and the cases in which they are used and their types. The second section: biological samples and their analytical procedures. The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, perhaps the most important of which are the following: Narcotics are detected in biological samples using several types of tests and analyses. These tests are used in several sensitive and necessary cases. The biological samples used are numerous and must be subjected to special analytical procedures so that their results are accurate and beyond doubt. Among the most important recommendations: Work must be done to develop the special analyzes and tests used to detect narcotics in biological samples, and they must be carried out under special conditions so that their results cannot be questioned. Biological samples must be prepared with special and strict methods and procedures to rely absolutely on their results, and adequate courses and the necessary training must be provided on how to use them optimally, correctly for these analyzes, and tests.
