|a تبحث هذه الدراسة في مسائل الحال والاستثناء التي عرضها أبو البركات الأنباري في كتابه الإنصاف في مسائل الخلاف بين البصريين والكوفيين، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي والاستنتاجي في دراسة هذه المسائل، واقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن تكون في مبحثين يسبقهما مقدمة، ويتلوهما خاتمة وفهارس، وعرض الباحث في كل مسألة حجج الكوفيين والبصريين، ثم رأي ابن الأنباري وجوابه عن كلمات الكوفيين، ثم مناقشة كل مسألة بالاعتماد على الشواهد التي وردت في القرآن الكريم، وأقوال النحاة والعلماء والمفسرين، والاعتماد على السماع والقياس عند العرب في ترجيح أقوال فريق على آخر والوصول إلى الرأي الراجح، ومعرفة مدى إنصاف ابن الأنباري أثناء حكمه على هذه القضايا الخلافية.
|b This study examines the issues of case and exception presented by Abu Al-Barakat Al- Anbari in his book Al-Insaf in the issues of disagreement between the Basrans and the Kufans, and the researcher adopted the descriptive and deductive approach in studying these issues. All the issue of the arguments of the Kufans and Basrans, then the opinion of Ibn al-Anbari and his answer to the words of the Kufans, then discussing this issue by relying on the evidence contained in the Holy Qur’an, and the sayings of grammarians, scholars and interpreters, and relying on hearing and analogy among the Arabs in favoring the sayings of one group over another and reaching the most correct opinion, And knowing the extent of Ibn Al-Anbari's fairness during his judgment on these controversial issues.
