المستخلص: في هذا البحث المتواضع تشرفت بولوج باب من أبواب العلوم الإسلامية؛ لأطلع على كنوزها وأستخرج من جواهرها، وأنهل من جهابذة علمائها، ومعين فقهائها. وازْدَتُ شرفاً وسعادة بعدما خُضْتُ غمار البحث والتحقيق والدراسة الإمام عالم عابد، وتقي ورع، بذل عمره في التعلم من الشيوخ والعلماء، ثم أمضى بقية عمره في البذل والعطاء، وإنفاق علمه على غيره في الحلقات والدروس في المساجد والمجالس. إنه الإمامُ الزَّيَّادي (رحمه الله) الذي حاز الرفعة والرياسة العلمية في زمانه، واحتوت حاشيته على شرح المنهج من الدرر البهية والفوائد الفقهية، والمعاني العلمية واللغوية ما يحتاجه طلاب العلم في كل زمان ومكان، ويجعل منها مرجعاً شرعياً معتبراً ومصدراً مهماً في الفقه الشافعي، لا سيما أنه استقى علومه الفقهية من كتب إمام من عَلِيَّةِ أئمة المذهب، وشيخ جهبذ معتمد فيه، وركن قوي في التخريج والترجيح، ما تزال منارات علومهم تنير درب السالكين، وتهدي الحيارى والتائهين إلى صراط ربّ العالمين، وقد تشرفت بدراسة وترجمة الإمام الزَّيَّادي (رحمه الله)، وبيان منهجه في حاشيته على (فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلاب)، وتحقيق جزء من الحاشية، تبدأ من (باب القبلة) إلى نهاية (صلاة الخوف).

Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God, his family and companions, and those who follow him, and after: In this modest research, I was honored to enter one of the chapters of Islamic sciences. To view its treasures, extract from its jewels, and draw from its eminent scholars and its appointed jurists. My honor and happiness increased after I went through the process of research, investigation, and study of a scholarly, devout, pious and devout Imam, who spent his life learning from the sheikhs and scholars, then spent the rest of his life in giving and giving, and spending his knowledge on others in circles and lessons in mosques and councils. He is Imam Al-Ziyadi (may God have mercy on him) who attained eminence and scholarly leadership in his time, and his entourage contained an explanation of the method from the magnificent pearls, jurisprudential benefits, and scientific and linguistic meanings that students of knowledge need in every time and place, and makes it a considered legal reference and an important source in Shafi’i jurisprudence. No Especially since he derived his jurisprudential knowledge from the books of an imam from the highest ranks of the imams of the doctrine, a reliable sheikh in him, and a strong pillar in the interpretation and interpretation, the beacons of their knowledge still illuminate the path of those who travel, and guide the confused and lost to the path of the Lord of the worlds. I was honored to study and translate Imam Al-Zayy. Adi (may God have mercy on him) And explaining his approach in his footnote to (Fath al-Wahhab bi Sharh al-Talib’s Methodology) , and verifying part of the footnote, starting from: (Chapter of the Qiblah) to the end of (The Fear Prayer).
