|a أن الكتابة في موضوع الوساطة المؤسساتية لا تعتبر من حشو الكتابة أو مادة تختار المناسبات، بل هو موضوع الساعة وسيبقى كذلك، فرغم كل ما كتب فيه من أبحاث، وما أسفرت عنه المؤتمرات من توصيات فهو موضوع يلازمنا في كل حين. فالوساطة المؤسساتية تعد حجر الزاوية في حماية حقوق الإنسان من التعسف وانتهاك غير مشروع قد يطالها، كما أن تحقيق حماية حقيقية للحقوق رهين بوجود مؤسسات دستورية- المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان- المندوبية الوزارية المكلفة بحقوق الإنسان- مؤسسة الوسيط.
|b Writing on the subject of institutional mediation is not considered a filler of writing or a subject that selects occasions. Rather, it is the topic of the hour and will remain so. Despite all the research that has been written on it, and the recommendations that the conferences have produced, it is a topic that accompanies us at all times. Institutional mediation is the cornerstone of protecting human rights from abuse and unlawful violation that may affect them, and achieving true protection of rights depends on the existence of constitutional institutions- the National Council for Human Rights- the Ministerial Delegation in charge of Human Rights- the Mediator Institution.
