|a هدفت الورقة البحثية الحالية لتقديم رؤية نظرية تطويرية قد تساعد في تطوير ميدان الصحة النفسية بفروعه الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي وعلم النفس الاجتماعي والتربية الخاصة مقرونة بظروف المجتمع العربي عامة والمصري خاصة، وقد تم تقديم تلك الرؤية مع مراعاة الأهداف العامة للتنمية المستدامة كما جاءت داخل المتن متضمنة مجالات الصحة النفسية وعلم النفس الاجتماعي والتربية الخاصة والإرشاد والعلاج النفسي، ثم جاءت طريقة تحقيقها بشكل علمي دقيق في صورة نقاط إجرائية في خمسة عشر نقطة: تطوير النظرة والاتجاه نحو الجانب الإيجابي للصحة النفسية، واعتبار الصحة النفسية مسؤولية الجميع، والحث على الإرشاد والتوجيه المهني وذلك للطلاب والمعلمين على حد سواء، وتفعيل الدور التربوي للإعلام الهادف، وتقديم مقترح ببعض الدورات التي تراعي الجانب النفسي من جانب القائمين على العملية التعليمية، وتقديم مقترح بإقامة وتفعيل بعض الدورات للمعلمين وأولياء الأمور والتثقيف النفسي والتربوي العام، وتقديم مقترح بإضافة أعضاء متخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس والصحة النفسية لمجمع اللغة العربية، وتقديم مقترح لإنشاء وتفعيل دار نشر عربي قوي، زيادة التشجيع للباحثين على التأصيل الإسلامي العربي للجانب النفسي، وتفعيل دور مركز الإرشاد النفسي بالجامعات، زيادة الاهتمام بالتربية الخاصة بجميع فئاتها، ومحاولة محو الأمية النفسية بزيادة التوعية بالمتغيرات النفسية، ومحاولة تطبيق أنواع الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي الأكثر فعالية في تحقيق ما سبق، وذلك كله يساعد في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة للدولة وزيادة مستوى الوعي ويتوافق مع أبعادها البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. كما تم تقديم الإجراءات التنفيذية العامة لتلك الرؤية، ثم تم وضع الخطة الاستراتيجية لتلك الرؤية متضمنة كل من المجال: الرسمي والمهني والشخصي والاجتماعي والبحثي وذلك يشمل الأهداف والخطوات التنفيذية في ذلك المجال، وبعد ذلك تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات ذات الصلة.
|b The current research paper aims to provide a theoretical and developmental vision that may help in developing the field of mental health in its branches: counseling, psychotherapy, social psychology, and special education, coupled with the conditions of Arab society in general and the Egyptian one in particular. Psychology, social psychology, special education, counseling, and psychotherapy, then the way to achieve them in an accurate scientific way came in the form of procedural points in fifteen points: Developing the outlook and attitude towards the positive aspect of mental health, considering mental health as everyone's responsibility, urging professional guidance and counseling for students and teachers alike, activating the educational role of purposeful media, submitting a proposal for some courses that take into account the psychological aspect on the part of those in charge of the educational process, and submitting a proposal By establishing and activating some courses for teachers, parents, psychological and general educational education, and submitting a proposal to add members specialized in education, psychology and mental health to the Arabic Language Academy, and presenting a proposal to establish and activate a strong Arabic publishing house, increasing encouragement for researchers to root the Islamic Arabic for the psychological aspect, and activating the role of the Counseling Center In universities, increasing interest in special education for all its categories, trying to eradicate psychological illiteracy by increasing awareness of psychological variables, and trying to apply the most effective types of counseling and psychological treatment in achieving the above, all of which help achieve the goals of sustainable development of the state and increase the level of awareness and correspond with its environmental, economic and social dimensions. The general executive procedures for that vision were also presented, and then the strategic plan for that vision was developed, including the official, professional, personal, social, and research fields, and that includes the objectives and implementation steps in that field, after which several relevant recommendations were presented.
