|a يسلك البحث طريقة الأجزاء الحديثية، وهي إحدى طرائق التصنيف في علوم الحديث، وتقوم على جمع طرق حديث معين عن صحابي واحد أو أكثر، وذكر رواته، ورواياته، وألفاظه، والاختلاف فيه، والكلام على علله، وبيان المحفوظ والمعل منها، أو بجمع أحاديث ذات وحدة موضوعية، واستقصاء الأحاديث الواردة في الباب، وقد رأيت دراسة حديث عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما: (أن النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نهى عن بيع الولاء وعن هبته)، وجمع طرقه، وبيان الاختلاف في أسانيده ومتونه، وكشف عللها، وذكر أحكام النقاد فيها، مساهمة مني في هذا الباب، وتشبها بمن سبقني من أولي العلم والألباب، ولم أقف على دراسة سابقة مستقصية لهذا الحديث وجمع طرقه ودراستها، وتتركز أهمية البحث في كثرة طرق الحديث عن المدار، فقد رواه جمع غفير عن عبد الله بن دينار عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، وكثرة الاختلاف الحاصل في طرق الحديث إسنادا ومتنا، وتعدد طرقه عن ابن عمر، مع تنصيص جماعة من الأئمة النقاد بأنه غريب الإسناد لا يعرف إلا من طريق عبدالله بن دينار عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، كما يهدف البحث إلى: استقصاء طرق الحديث عن عبدالله بن دينار عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، ودراسة طرق الحديث، وبيان الطرق المحفوظة والمعلة منها، مع كشف عللها، وتحقيق كلام الأئمة النقاد في حكمهم بتفرد عبدالله بن دينار بهذا الحديث.
