|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التوصل إلى استراتيجية مقترحة من منظور نموذج التغيير المخطط لتنمية الإبداع المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العامليين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي وذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى إدراك الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي لمفهوم وأهمية الإبداع المهني. والتعرف على المتطلبات الشخصية، المؤسسية، والمهنية لتحقيق الإبداع المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي، كذلك التعرف على معوقات الإبداع المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي بمحافظة الدقهلية، وذلك باستخدام أداة استبيان مطبقة على (٥٠) من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي، وأداة دليل خبراء مطبقة على (٥٢) خبير بالمجال الأسري، وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود إدراك لمفهوم وأهمية الإبداع المهني يحتاج إلى تنمية، حيث جاء في الترتيب الأول كل من المتطلبات الشخصية، والمتطلبات المؤسسية لتحقيق الإبداع المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي، وقد اقترحت الدراسة استخدام استراتيجيات مستحدثة كالتدريب عن بعد والتدريب الإلكتروني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع نزاعات قبل التقاضي، وضرورة العمل على تحسين صورة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين داخل وخارج المؤسسة مما يعكس سمو المهنة.
|b The study aimed to come up with a proposed strategy from the perspective of the planned change model to develop the professional creativity of social workers working with disputes before litigation, by identifying the extent to which social workers working with disputes before litigation are aware of the concept and importance of professional creativity. And identifying the personal, institutional, and professional requirements to achieve professional creativity for social workers working with disputes before litigation, as well as identifying obstacles to professional creativity for social workers working with disputes before litigation, and the study used the comprehensive social survey method for social workers working with disputes before litigation in Dakahlia Governorate, by using a questionnaire tool applied to (50) social workers working with disputes before litigation, and an expert guide tool applied to (52) experts in the family field, and the results of the study demonstrated the existence of an awareness of the concept and importance of professional creativity that needs development, as it came in the first place each Among the personal and institutional requirements to achieve professional creativity for social workers working with disputes before litigation, the study suggested the use of innovative strategies such as distance training and electronic training for social workers working with disputes before litigation, and the need to work to improve the image of social workers inside and outside the institution, which reflects the highness of the profession.
