The aim of study to influence of implementing information and communication technology as a means to enhance organizational performance, we focused on a sample from the External Bank of Algeria (Dali Ibrahim) during the period 2022-2023 based on one of the time series models and the multiple regression model between the independent variables and the dependent variables. This questionnaire was presented with two factors and they recovered 72% of it. The study's findings indicate a significant impact of information and communication technology on employee performance at the External Bank of Algeria, where there is an impact for each of the development of information technology on the added value, this highlights the pivotal role of information and communication technology in fostering the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in performance. It underscores the significant and effective contribution of information and communication technology in enhancing employee performance within the institution under study. |
