|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على معنى النكاح وشروط صحة هذا الميثاق الغليظ والتعرف على أنواع النكاح المتولدة من فقد شرط من شروط صحة هذا العقد، والتعرف على بعض أنواع النكاح التي كانت في الجاهلية والتي أبطلها الإسلام، وبيان بعض أنواع النكاح الفاسدة التي أصبح بعض من الناس يجاهرون بفعلها بل ويتباهون مثل نكاح التحليل فأردت أن أبين حكم هذه الأنكحة وفسادها للتنفير منها والزجر عنها.
|b The research aims to identify the meaning of marriage and the conditions for the validity of this thick covenant, and to identify the types of marriage that are generated by losing one of the conditions for the validity of this contract. Besides, the research identifies some types of marriage that were in the pre-Islamic era and which Islam abolished. Also the research aims to clarify some of the corrupt types of marriage that some people have done in public and of which they even became proud to do. An example for such corrupt marriage is "Al- Tahlil"; the marriage which is a condition for the legality of other prohibited marriage. So the researcher wanted to show the ruling on this marriage and its corruption so as to alienate and reprimand these corrupt kinds of marriage.
