|a يهدف البحث إلى بيان إشكالية جهاد الطلب" في الإسلام، والآراء الفقهية الواردة فيها، وأدلة هذه الآراء ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية جادة، بهدف الترجيح بينها، وبيان الرأي الصحيح الذي يتوافق والنصوص الدينية ومقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد أكد البحث أن أصل العلاقة بين المسلمين وغيرهم هي السلام والتسامح والتعايش، وأن الجهاد لم يشرع لإكراه الناس على الدخول في الإسلام أو اعتماده سبيلاً لنشر الدعوة الإسلامية وفرضها على الخلائق، وأكد البحث أن الفهم الخاطئ لقضية "الجهاد" في الإسلام قد أدى إلى: تخريب بعض البلاد الإسلامية، وتدميرها، وزعزعة الأمن والاستقرار المجتمعي فيها، فضلاً عن تشويه صورة الإسلام والمسلمين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة صياغة المناهج الدراسية المتعلقة بقضية "الجهاد" في الإسلام وفق مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية ومكارمها، وتنقيحها من هذه الأقوال التي لا تتوافق والفهم الصحيح لها، ومحاولة حصر الشبهات المثارة حول "الجهاد" في الإسلام وجمعها في مؤلف علمي جاد يستطيع تفنيدها ونقضها والرد عليها، مع بيان الفهم الصحيح لها.
|b The research aims at clarifying the problematic of "jihad of demand" in Islam, the jurisprudential opinions contained therein, and the evidence for these opinions, and discussing them in a serious scientific discussion in order to choose from them, and clarify the correct opinion that is consistent with religious texts and the shari'ah objectives. The research confirms that the principle in the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims is peace, tolerance and coexistence. It also confirms that jihad was not prescribed to compel people to embrace Islam or to adopt it as a way to spread the Islamic call and impose it on people. Moreover, the research affirms that the misunderstanding of the issue of “jihad” in Islam has led to: sabotaging and destroying some Islamic countries, and destabilizing security and societal stability in them, as well as distorting the image of Islam and Muslims. The study recommended and highlighted the need to reformulate the curricula related to the issue of “jihad” in Islam in accordance with the objectives and morals of shari'ah and revamping them from the statements that do not correspond to the correct understanding of them. In addition to collecting the misconceptions about “jihad” in Islam in a serious scientific book that refute, and respond to them, along with provide the correct understanding of them.
