|a ساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي واستقلاليته المتزايدة عن مستخدميه في خلق تحديات كثيرة، واجهت فئة المتضررين عند مطالبتهم بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي أحدثها بحجية عدم إمكانية إسقاط نظام المسؤولية الكلاسيكية عليها، وبالتالي عدم استفادة تلك الفئة من التعويض، وهو الأمر الذي أصبح يوثر على استقرار المجتمع، مما يقتضي معه البحث عن إحدى المقاربات القانونية، وفي مقدمتها مدى إمكانية منح الذكاء الاصطناعي الشخصية القانونية وبيان أساس المسؤولية المدنية الناشئة عن الأضرار التي يحدثها الذكاء الاصطناعي.
|b The artificial intelligence and the increasing independence from its users have contributed to creating many challenges that the affected group has faced when demanding compensation of the damages that is caused under the pretext of the classical responsibility system that can't be dropped therefore this group could not benefit from the compensation, which is affecting the of society's stability. This led to further research to other legal approaches. One of which is the possibility, the artificial intelligence can be granted legal personality and justify the basis of the arising civic responsibility of damages caused by artificial intelligence.
