المستخلص: لقد أدى الأخذ بظاهر الحديث إلى خروج النص عن غرضه المراد منه، بعيدا عن فهم العلماء واستنباطهم للأحكام الشرعية، مما أدى إلى ترك كتب التراث، والمذاهب الفقهية المعتمدة، وقد أدت هذه الطريقة إلى نزاع واختلاف في بعض النواحي، وقد تكلم العلماء وأفصحوا عن المراد من النص، من حيث الظاهر، والتأويل وغيره، فالظاهر ليس هو المعنى الأولي فقط الذي يتبادر إلى نفس السامع، بل هو معنيين يغلب أحدهما صاحبه بقرينة، فيكون راجحا دون الآخر، فالنص قد يكون ظاهره غير مراد، لقرينة صرفته عن ظاهره إلى معنى آخر، كأن يكون المراد هو الزجر والوعيد، أو التنفير عن فعل بعض خصال المنافقين، وأكبر الخطأ هو الأخذ المطلق بظاهر الحديث، وإسقاطه على المجتمع، أو أحاد الناس؛ لمجرد أنه ارتكب أحد تلك الصفات، ومن أهم أسباب انتشار هذه الظاهرة هو البعد عن تفسيرات العلماء، وعدم فهم أساليب العربية المختلفة، وهذه طريقة محدثة ليست من منهج العلماء في شيء، وهي مناصرة واضحة لطريقة المعاديين للسنة النبوية، ويهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الأحاديث التي ظاهرها غير مراد في صحيح البخاري، إما بنص صريح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم- تصحيحا لمفهوم بعض أصحابه، أو من خلال تأويلات العلماء بقرائن تتوائم مع النصوص العامة للدين الحنيف، وروح الشريعة المطهرة من خلال هجر ظاهرها، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث منهج الاستقراء، والتحليل للنص مستعينا بشراح البخاري، وتأتي أهمية الموضوع في بيان منهج العلماء في فهم النصوص، بعيدا عن الأخذ بالظاهر فقط، وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن الأخذ بظاهر الحديث وحده أدى إلى انتشار أفكار منحرفة عن الجادة قديما وحديثا، وأن الحق وسط بين من يأخذ بالظاهر مطلقا، وبين من يتأول الحديث بلا قرينة صارفة.

Taking the apparent meaning of the hadith has led to the text deviating from its intended purpose, far from the scholars’ understanding and derivation of the legal rulings, which led to abandoning heritage books and approved jurisprudential schools of thought. This method has led to conflict and disagreement in some aspects. Scholars have spoken and made clear what is meant by the text, in terms of its apparent meaning, interpretation, and other things. The apparent meaning is not only the initial meaning that comes to the listener’s soul, but rather it is two meanings, one of which prevails over its companion with evidence, so it is more preferable than the other. The apparent meaning of the text may not be what is intended, due to a presumption that diverted it from its apparent meaning to another meaning, such as if the intention was to rebuke and threaten, or to repel some of the characteristics of hypocrites, and the biggest mistake is to take absolutely the apparent meaning of the hadith and project it onto society, or individual people. Just because he committed one of those characteristics. One of the most important reasons for the spread of this phenomenon is the distance from the interpretations of scholars, and the lack of understanding of the different Arabic styles. This is an innovative method that is not part of the method of scholars in any way, and it is a clear support for the method of those who are hostile to the Sunnah of the Prophet. This research paper aims to shed light on the Hadiths that apparently are not mentioned in Sahih Al-Bukhari; either through explicit statement from the Messenger of God- may God bless him and grant him peace –correcting the understanding of some of his companions, or through interpretations of the scholars who provide evidences that are consistent with the general texts of the true religion and the purifying spirit of Sharia by abandoning their outward appearance. In this research paper, I followed the approach of induction and analysis of the texts, with the help of Al-Bukhari’s commentators. The importance of the topic lies in explaining the scholars’ approach to understanding texts, far from taking only the apparent meaning. One of the most prominent results of the research was that taking the apparent meaning of the hadith alone led to the spread of ideas deviant from the truth, both ancient and modern, and that the truth is a middle ground between those who take the apparent meaning absolutely, and those who interpret the hadith without clear evidence.
