|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور الفعلي للرائدات الريفيات مع الحالات الفردية من خلال برنامج اثنين كفاية، وتحديد المعوقات المرتبطة بممارسة الرائدات الريفية لدورهن مع الحالات الفردية من خلال برنامج اثنين كفاية، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة وطبقت على عينة قوامه (۷۰) مفردة من الرائدات الريفيات بمحافظة المنيا، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن جاء المحور الأول ككل بمتوسط (۱,۲۹) وهوى مستوى منخفض مما يدل على قيام الرائدات الريفيات بأدوارهن بدرجة منخفضة في العمل مع الحالات الفردية للتوعية ببرنامج اثنين كفاية، وجاء المحور الثاني ككل بمتوسط (۲,۱۱) وهو مستوى متوسط مما يدل على وجود الكثير من المعوقات التي تعوق قيام الرائدات الريفيات بأدوارهن في العمل مع الحالات الفردية للتوعية ببرنامج اثنين كفاية كما ينبغي أن يكون، ومن خلال الملاحظة الميدانية للباحثة يمكن القول بأن وجود هذه المعوقات قد يرجع إلى ضعف الجانب المهاري لدى الرائدات الريفيات، وجاء المحور الثالث ككل بمتوسط (٢,٥١) وهو مستوى مرتفع مما يدل على وجود الكثير من المقترحات التي ينبغي تفعليها حتى تتمكن الرائدات الريفيات بالقيام بأدوارهن في العمل مع الحالات الفردية للتوعية ببرنامج اثنين كفاية بكفاءة وفاعلية كما ينبغي أن يكون، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد الرائدات الريفيات الآتي يعملن مع النساء الريفيات من خلال كليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية، وضرورة قيام الرائدات الريفيات بالاطلاع علي كل ما هو جديد من البرامج والأدوات التي يمكن أن تستخدمها في إقناع النساء الريفيات بالبرنامج.
|b The study aimed to determine the actual role of rural women pioneers with individual cases through the Two Enough Program, and to identify the obstacles associated with rural women pioneers exercising their role with individual cases through the Two Enough Program. The study used the sample social survey approach and was applied to a sample of (70) individual rural women pioneers. In Minya Governorate, the results of the study resulted in the first axis as a whole coming in with an average of (1.29) and a low level, which indicates that rural women leaders are performing their roles to a low degree in working with individual cases to raise awareness of the Two Enough Program. The second axis as a whole came in with an average of (2.11). It is an average level, which indicates the presence of many obstacles that hinder rural women pioneers from carrying out their roles in working with individual cases to raise awareness of the Two is Enough program as it should be. Through the researcher’s field observation, it can be said that the presence of these obstacles may be due to the weakness of the skills of rural women pioneers. The third axis as a whole came with an average of (2.51), which is a high level, which indicates that there are many proposals that should be implemented so that rural women pioneers can carry out their roles in working with individual cases to raise awareness of the Two Enough Program efficiently and effectively as it should be. The study recommended the need to pay attention to preparing rural pioneers who work with rural women through social service colleges and institutes, and the need for rural pioneers to be informed of all new programs and tools that they can use to convince rural women of the program.
