المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إظهار وتحليل علاقة إدارة المعرفة بالذكاء الاقتصادي كمنظومة معلوماتية تستخدم الرصد والملاحظة والسبق المعرفي لمراقبة بيئة المؤسسة ضمن عملية ديناميكية تضمن الحصول على المعلومة الاستراتيجية والمفتاحية متيحة بذلك إمكانية إرساء وتطبيق إدارة المعرفة من خلال دعم أهم عملياتها المتمثلة في تشخيص، تخطيط، نشر، تنظيم، توليد، تطبيق، ثم متابعة ومراقبة النتائج، والقدرة على التعامل مع المخاطر والتهديدات المحتملة وتخفيض درجة عدم اليقين والحد من أثار اختلالات تغير المحيط، وهذا ما يمنح الذكاء الاقتصادي القدرة على توفير وإنتاج المعلومات المناسبة للاستغلال المعرفي في المؤسسة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة حلويات شرشال الجديدة واقع مساهمة الذكاء الاقتصادي ودوره في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة عن طريق مختلف الأساليب الإحصائية والتي أثبتت صحة فرضيات الدراسة، والتي توجت بتوصيات أكاديمية بناءا على نتائج الدراسة.

The study aimed to show and analyze the relationship between knowledge management and economic intelligence as an information system that uses monitoring, observation and cognitive precedence to monitor the institution's environment within a dynamic process that ensures obtaining strategic and key information, thus enabling the possibility of establishing and applying knowledge management by supporting its most important operations represented in diagnosis, planning, dissemination, organization, generation, application, then monitoring and controlling the results, and the ability to deal with potential risks and threats and reduce the degree of uncertainty and limit the effects of imbalances in changing the environment, which gives economic intelligence the ability to provide and produce appropriate information for cognitive exploitation in the institution. The field study at the level of the new Cherchell Sweets institution showed the reality of the contribution of economic intelligence and its role in applying knowledge management through various statistical methods that proved the validity of the study's hypotheses, which were crowned with academic recommendations based on the results of the study.

Cette étude vise à montrer et analyser la relation entre la gestion des connaissances et l'intelligence économique. En effet, le système d'information utilise le suivi, l'observation et l'anticipation cognitive pour surveiller l'environnement de l'entreprise dans un processus dynamique, il assure également l'accès à l'information stratégique et informationnelle. L'étude empirique au niveau de l’entreprise «les gâteaux de Cherchell» a montré la contribution de l'intelligence économique et son rôle dans la mise en oeuvre de la gestion des connaissances par diverses méthodes statistiques qui ont prouvé la validité des hypothèses de l'étude a travers quelques recommandations académiques basées sur les résultats d'étude appliquée.
