المستخلص: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أهم الفرص التي تسهم في تطور المقاولاتية النسوية في ولاية البويرة والتهديدات التي تواجهها، ومعرفة كيفية استغلال الفرص المتاحة في البيئة الخارجية لتجنب مختلف التهديدات، وذلك من خلال أخذ مركز Oseit بولاية البويرة كنموذج. تم التوصل إلى أن مديرة مركز Oseit، نجحت في استغلال فرص تطور المقاولاتية النسوية وتجنبت مختلف التهديدات، وذلك من خلال التوظيف الجيد لنقاط القوة التي تمتلكها والمتمثلة في مختلف الخبرات والمهارات التي تتميز بها، إضافة للموارد الموجودة على مستوى المركز والتي من خلالها اقتنصت واستغلت مختلف الفرص المتاحة في البيئة الخارجية.

Through this research, we aim to identify the most important opportunities that contribute to the development of women's entrepreneurship in the state of Bouira and the threats it faces, and to know how to exploit the opportunities available in the external environment to avoid various threats, by taking the Oseit Center in the state of Bouira as a model. It was concluded that the director of the Oseit Center succeeded in exploiting the opportunities for the development of women's entrepreneurship and avoiding various threats, through the good use of the strengths she possesses, represented in the various experiences and skills that distinguish her, in addition to the resources available at the center level, through which she seized and exploited the various opportunities available in the external environment.

A travers cette recherche, nous visons à identifier les opportunités les plus importantes qui contribuent au développement de l'entrepreneuriat féminin dans l'État de Bouira et les menaces auxquelles il est confronté, et à apprendre à exploiter les opportunités disponibles dans l'environnement extérieur pour éviter diverses menaces, en en prenant comme modèle le Centre Oseit dans l'Etat de Bouira. Il a été conclu que la directrice du Centre Oseit a réussi à exploiter les opportunités de développement de l'entrepreneuriat féminin et à éviter diverses menaces, grâce à un bon usage des forces qu'elle possède, représentées par les diverses expériences et compétences qui la distinguent, en plus de les ressources présentes au niveau du centre, à travers lesquelles elle a saisi et exploité les différentes opportunités disponibles dans l'environnement extérieur.
