Therefore, Algeria, like other developing countries, has sought to provide an attractive business environment for these investments, as they are an alternative and effective means that replaces the hydrocarbon sector. This was translated by Law 22- 18 on investment, which provided a set of sufficient legal, administrative and judicial guarantees for foreign investors and approved a set of incentives and privileges of an encouraging nature for investment in Algeria (tax, customs, financing and procedural). | ||
