|a يقدم هذا البحث تحقيقاً علمياً لمخطوط "سرعة الانتباه المسألة الأشباه" للعالم الحنفي عبد الغني النابلسي (ت 1143هـ)، الذي اشتهر بدقة عرضه وترتيبه العلمي. يعالج المخطوط إشكالية منهجية في كتاب "الأشباه والنظائر" لابن نجيم، موضحاً مناسبة إدراج المسائل الفقهية تحت قواعده. اعتمد التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، إحداها بخط المؤلف، واشتمل على قسمين رئيسين: الأول يتناول دراسة عن المؤلف ورسالته، والثاني يقدم النص المحقق. تكشف الدراسة عن منهجية النابلسي في جمع المادة العلمية وعرضها، وأمانته في النقل، مع إبراز جهده في التحليل والتحرير العلمي. كما تبين أهمية المخطوط في إثراء الدراسات الشرعية التي تجمع بين الأصول والفقه، وتعالج الإشكالات المنهجية في التراث الفقهي.
|b This study presents a critical edition of the manuscript "Quick Attention to the Issue of Similarities" by the Hanafi scholar ʻAbd al-Ghani al-Nabulusi (d. 1143 AH), renowned for his methodological precision and scholarly organization. The manuscript addresses a methodological issue in Ibn Nujaym's "al-Ashbah wa-al-Nazaʼir," explaining the appropriateness of including jurisprudential issues under its principles. The edition relies on three manuscripts, including an autograph copy, and comprises two main sections: a study of the author and his treatise, and the edited text. The research reveals al-Nabulusi's methodology in collecting and presenting scholarly material, his fidelity in transmission, and his analytical contributions. The study also demonstrates the manuscript's significance in enriching Islamic legal studies that combine principles with jurisprudence and address methodological issues in the jurisprudential heritage.
