|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الحوكمة والأداء المستدام، بالتطبيق على العاملين بشركات الصناعات الغذائية بجمهورية مصر العربية. التصميم/ المنهجية/ المنهج- اعتمد البحث فلسفة المنهج الوضعي، ونظريتي التحليل الكمي والنوعي كمنهجية للبحث كما استخدم المدخل الاستنتاجي. وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير حوكمة الشركات على الأداء المستدام للشركات. والأداة المستخدمة لجمع البيانات هي الاستبيان، وبالتالي، تم جمع (400) استبيان قابل للاستخدام إلكترونيا عبر قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي من عملاء شركات الصناعات الغذائية بجمهورية مصر العربية. بالإضافة إلى استخدام برنامج SMART PLS لاستكشاف العلاقات السببية بين متغيرات البحث. النتائج- تكشف النتائج أن الحوكمة لها تأثير إيجابي كبير على الأداء المستدام. حدود/ آثار البحث- بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن هذا البحث له أيضا توصيات عملية ومبادئ توجيهية كبيرة لشركات الصناعات الغذائية، وآثار نظرية للباحثين المهتمين بمتغيرات البحث.
|b This research aims to investigate the relationship between corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainable Performance, in the field of application which is food Companies' employees in The Arab Republic of Egypt. The research adopted the philosophy of positivism, the deductive approach, and the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis as the research methodology. The instrument utilized for data collection was the questionnaire. Consequently, (400) usable questionnaires were collected electronically through social media channels from the employees of food industries in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In addition, Using SMART PLS V4.0 to explore the causal relationships between the research variables. The findings reveal that there is a significant positive correlation relationship between corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainable Performance. In addition, this research also has significant practical implications and guidelines for the food industry, and theoretical implications for researchers who are interested in research variables.
