| 520 | |a يمثل العلاج الطبي للأطفال الذين يولدون مصابين بمرض السنسنة المشقوقة في الجزائر والرعاية المقدمة في المؤسسات الطبية في البلاد القضية المحورية لهذه المساهمة، تقودنا التشوهات والمضاعفات الحركية ووظائف الأعضاء الناجمة عن هذا المرض إلى التساؤل حول إدارة هذا المرض الخلقي والممارسات الطبية للعلاج والوقاية، باستخدام مقابلات شبه مباشرة وملاحظات في المستشفيات الجزائرية وفي الجمعية الوطنية للسنسنة المشقوقة، يستكشف هذا البحث الرعاية متعددة التخصصات، والوصول إلى الرعاية والمشاكل التي يواجهها أباء الأطفال المصابين بهذا المرض الوراثي والممارسين المسؤولين عن رعايتهم الطبية والنفسية والاجتماعية. |b The medicalization of children born with Spina Bifida (SB) in Algeria and the care provided in the country's medical establishments represent the central issue of this contribution. The malformations and complications of mobility and organ function caused by this disease lead us to question the management of this congenital pathology and the medical practices of treatment and prevention. Using semi-structured interviews and observations in Algerian hospitals and at the Association Nationale de Spina Bifida, this research explores the multidisciplinary care, access to care healthcare and issues that affect parents of children with this genetic disease and the practitioners responsible for their medical, psychological and social care. |d La médicalisation des enfants nés avec le Spina Bifida (SB) en Algérie et les soins dispensés dans les établissements médicaux du pays représentent la problématique centrale de cette contribution. Les malformations et les complications de mobilité ainsi que le fonctionnement des organes qu’entrainent cette maladie nous amènent à nous interroger sur la prise en charge de cette pathologie congénitale et les pratiques médicales de traitement et de prévention. À l'aide d'entretiens semidirectifs et d'observations dans des hôpitaux algériens et à l'Association Nationale de Spina Bifida, cette recherche explore les soins multidisciplinaires, l'accès aux soins et les difficultés qui se posent aux parents des enfants atteints de cette maladie génétique et aux praticiens chargés de leur prise en charge médicale, psychologique et sociale. | ||
