|a يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على وصف ابن حبان لبعض الأحاديث في تراجم كتابه (الصحيح) بقوله عنها (معلول)، وبعد البحث والاستقراء التام للكتاب، وقفت على أن ابن حبان ذكر هذا الوصف النقدي (معلول) ست مرات فقط، وقد تبين للباحث أن ابن حبان لم يضع هذا الوصف عشوائيا، وإنما كان لأغراض مهمة، منها أنه ذكره بجانب الأحاديث التي تروى من وجهين مختلفين عن راو واحد، حيث قام ابن حبان بتصحيح الوجهين في المواضع الستة المشار إليها، ومع البحث فقد وافق ابن حبان بعض أئمة النقد في تصحيح الوجهين، وخالفهم في بعض المواضع كما سيأتي في الدراسة، ثم سيتم تسليط الضوء على أسباب ذكر ابن حبان لهذا الوصف النقدي (معلول).
|b This research highlights ibn Hibban's description of some of the hadiths in the titles(trajim) of his book (Al-Sahih) by saying about them (Maaloul), and after the search and full extrapolation of the book I stood that Ibn Hibban mentioned this critical description (Maaloul) only six times, and the researcher found that Ibn Hibban did not put this description in random, but was for important purposes, including that he mentioned it besides the conversations that are narrated from two different sides of one narrator, where Ibn Hibban corrected the two faces in the six places referred to, and with the search Ibn Hibban agreed with some of the imams of criticism in correcting the two sides, and they were disappointed in some places as will come in the study, and then the reasons for ibn Hibban's mention of this critical description (Maaloul) will be highlighted.
