|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير التأمينات من خلال مؤشر معدل الاختراق على الفقر والمتمثل في مؤشر نصيب الفرد من النفقات النهائية لاستهلاك للأسر المعيشية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990- 2020 وهذا باستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي معتمدين على منهجية التكامل المشترك لأنجل وغرانجر وأيضا سببية غرانجر إضافة إلى تحليل دوال الاستجابة وتجزئة التباين. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين تأثير التأمينات على الفقر إضافة لعدم وجود سببية في الاتجاهين بينهما، كما بينت الدراسة أن الصدمات التي تحدث فيهما لا تؤثر بينهما وأن خطأ التوقع بالنسبة للفقر مرتبط بالتقلبات الحادثة في ذاته بنسبة كبيرة وتقدر بـ 94%.
|b This study aims to know the extent of the impact of insurance on poverty in Algeria during the period 1990-2020, using the VAR model based on the method of co-integration for Engel and Granger and also Granger causality in addition to the analysis of response functions and variance segmentation. The study concluded that there is no co-integration relationship between the impact of insurances on poverty in addition to the absence of causation in the two directions between them. The study also showed that the shocks that occur in them do not affect them and that the prediction error regarding poverty is related to the fluctuations that occur in itself by a large percentage estimated at 94%.
