|a أصبح زواج القاصرات ظاهرة تهدد كيان المجتمع وتستدعي تضافر الجهود وتعديل القوانين والأنظمة للوقوف بوجهها وبناء أجندة وطنية واجتماعية وثقافية للحد منها، الأمر الذي دفع المهتمين بحقوق الإنسان أن يعدوا هذا النوع من الزواج شكلاً من أشكال الاتجار بالبشر، لما يحمله هذا الزواج من آثار إنسانية واجتماعية وخيمة تؤثر بشكل كبير في استقرار المجتمع الإنساني. لذلك ترصد هذه الورقة البحثية زواج القاصرات كأحد إشكال الإتجار بالبشر وعرض أشكال زواج القاصرات المختلفة ومن ثم عرض العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدي لزواج القاصرات ثم عرض المشكلات المترتبة على زواج القاصرات ومن ثم عرض الاتفاقات والبروتوكولات الدولية للحد من زواج القاصرات ثم عرض القوانين المصرية للحد من زواج القاصرات تليها عرض للجهود المبذولة من الحكومة المصرية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني للحد من زواج القاصرات وأخيراً عرض المعوقات التي تحد من اتشار زواج القاصرات.
|b Child marriage has become a phenomenon that threatens the entity of society and requires concerted efforts and amendment of laws and regulations to confront it and build a national, social and cultural agenda to limit it. This has prompted those interested in human rights to consider this type of marriage a form of human trafficking, due to the dire humanitarian and social effects that this marriage carries, which greatly affect the stability of human society. Therefore, this research paper monitors child marriage as one of the forms of human trafficking and presents the different forms of child marriage, then presents the factors and reasons that lead to child marriage, then presents the problems resulting from child marriage, then presents the international agreements and protocols to limit child marriage, then presents the Egyptian laws to limit child marriage, followed by a presentation of the efforts made by the Egyptian government and civil society organizations to limit child marriage, and finally presents the obstacles that limit the spread of child marriage.
