|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور إدارات رعاية الشباب في الجامعات في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية بين الطلاب الجامعيين نظراً لأهمية الشباب باعتبارهم قادة المستقبل والحاجة الماسة إلى تطوير وعيهم بالمواطنة الرقمية في ظل التحديات الرقمية المتزايدة، تركز الدراسة على التحديات التي تواجه إدارات رعاية الشباب في هذا المجال، مستندة إلى نظرية الانتماء الاجتماعي كموجه نظري، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، واستخدمت استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من العاملين في إدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة حلوان شملت (٦٩) مسؤولا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى رؤية مستقبلية من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتحسين دور إدارات رعاية الشباب في تنمية المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعات.
|b This study aimed to explore the role of youth care departments in universities in promoting digital citizenship values among university students, given the importance of youth as future leaders and the urgent need to develop their awareness of digital citizenship in light of the increasing digital challenges. The study focuses on the challenges facing youth care departments in this field, based on the theory of social belonging as a theoretical guide. The study relied on the social survey method, and used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from employees in youth care departments at Helwan University, which included (69) officials. The study reached a future vision from the perspective of the method of organizing society to improve the role of youth care departments in developing digital citizenship among university students.
