|a سعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع التعدد اللغوي بمدينة تمنغست من خلال بحث ميداني اتخذ الإدارة العمومية أنموذجا- وذلك للإجابة عن السؤال: ما هي اللغات التي تشكل عناصر التعدد اللغوي بالإدارة العمومية بمدينة تمنغست؟ وما مدى حضور كل واحدة منها ضمن هذا التعدد؟ وقد اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية ثلاثة محاور أساسية هي: محور المحادثة ومحور المراسلات والمكاتبات الإدارية، ومحور المواقف والتصورات. وخلصنا إلى أن العربية الدارجة تسجل حضور أكبر في محور المحادثة بين الموظفين وغيرهم داخل الإدارة، وفي محور المراسلات والمكاتبات الإدارية استحوذت اللغة العربية الفصيحة على أكبر قدر من الاستعمال، وقد سجلنا تباينا في المواقف والتصورات اللغوية تجاه اللغات المستعملة في الإدارة.
|b This research sought to study the reality of multilingualism in the city of Tamanghasset- Through a field study, public administration has developed a model- by answering a question: What languages constitute the elements of multilingualism in the public administration in the city of Tamanghasse And How present is each one. We have divided the field study into three main areas: The area of conversation, the area of correspondence and administrative writing, and the area of attitudes and perceptions, We have concluded that Arabic colloquial has the greatest presence in the conversation between staff and others within the Department, and in area of correspondence and administrative writing, the most widely used is Classical Arabic. We have recorded differences in language attitudes and perceptions towards the languages used in the Administration.
