|a هدفت الدراسة إلى استعراض تاريخي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، وتقديم تقييم لمساهمتها في عملية التنمية ودورها في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني، خلال الفترة (2010- 2022)، وذلك من خلال تحليل مختلف البيانات الواردة في التقارير السنوية لبعض الهيئات الوزارية الجزائرية، كما وقفت الدراسة أيضا على أهم العوائق التي تواجه تطور هذا القطاع في ظل التحديات الحالية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنويع الاقتصاد وترقيته لم يكن كافيا كما يهدف له من قبل سلطات البلاد حيث هذه الأخيرة تعمل دوما على محاولة الدفع بهذا النوع من القطاعات لإيمانها بانه قاطرة التنمية وبديل المحروقات، وعليه تسعى باستمرار إلى استحداث صيغ جديدة وتشجيع المستثمرين في هذا المجال، وتهيئة البيئة المناسبة لتطويرها.
|b The study aimed to provide a historical review of small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, and to provide an assessment of their contribution to the development process and their role in diversifying the national economy, during the period (2010-2022), by analyzing various data contained in the annual reports of some Algerian ministerial bodies. The study also concluded Also on the most important obstacles facing the development of this sector in light of the current challenges. The study concluded that the role of small and medium enterprises in diversifying and promoting the economy was not sufficient as intended by the country’s authorities, as the latter always works to try to push this type of sector because it believes that it is the engine of development and an alternative to fuels, and therefore it constantly seeks to develop new formulas and encourage Investors in this field, and creating the appropriate environment for its development.
