|a تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية الآثار المترتبة لفيروس "كورونا" على التحصيل الضريبي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2021-2023 وعلى ولاية سكيكدة بصفة خاصة، حيث أدت إلى انخفاض ملموس في النشاط الاقتصادي، وما يتبعه ذلك من انخفاض كبير في التحصيل الضريبي، ورغم الإجراءات المتبعة من قبل الدولة لم تفلح في احتواء الأزمة، تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى تأثر كل من الضرائب والرسوم بنسب متفاوتة، حيث انخفضت الضرائب على الدخل الإجمالي بشدة نظير مساهمتها الكبيرة في الحصيلة الضريبية، وتبقى آثار الضريبة الجزافية الوحيدة قليلة التأثير على الحصيلة الكلية للضرائب ولكن أكثر شدة على المكلفين بها.
|b This research paper addresses the effects of the Corona virus on tax collection in Algeria during. The period 2021-2023 and on the state of Skikda in particular, as it led to a significant decline in economic activity. This resulted in a significant decline in tax collection, and despite the measures taken by the state; they did not succeed in containing the crisis. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study concluded that taxes and fees were affected in varying proportions. Taxes on total income have decreased sharply due to their large contribution to the tax collection, and the effects of the single lump sum tax remain have little impact on the total tax collection, but are more severe on those charged with it.
