المستخلص: Business incubators play a vital role in supporting startups and providing the appropriate environment for startups and growth by providing the necessary resources, guidance and services. Through this study, comprehensive and comparative insights can be provided that contribute to a better understanding of the role of business incubators in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups, thus enhancing the effectiveness of these incubators in promoting innovation and economic and social growth across different economic contexts. The importance of this research lies in providing a comprehensive understanding of the role of business incubators in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups, and providing practical and theoretical insights that contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of these incubators in different economic contexts, by studying the experience and contributions of the top ten business incubators and accelerators in the world in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups during the period from 2020 to 2022. To study this topic, the descriptive analytical approach was used. Through the research, we concluded that business incubators play a major role in enhancing the expansion and continuity of startups.
