المستخلص: هدفت إلى دراسة الحالات المتعلقة بمرجع الضمير في الحديث الشريف المروي بلفظ الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من صحيح مسلم، وتحليل مدى تأثير مرجع الضمير في تفسير الحديث النبوي الشريف. إن أهمية الدراسة الحالية تتركز في أنها تدرس الضمير وحالات الإحالة في الحديث النبوي الشريف من صحيح مسلم. وتسير وفق المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، إذ حدد البحث مرجع الضمير في الحديث النبوي الشريف المروي بلفظ الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم أظهر الحالات التي جاء فيها مرجع الضمير ودور هذه الحالات في الجانب الدلالي، وذلك بتطبيق خطوات البحث العلمي في الجانب التحليلي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: استعمل النبي في كلامه جل الإحالات الواردة في الدراسة بالضمير، عدا حالة واحدة هي الإحالة البعدية للضمير المجرور بلفظة (رُبَّ)، وكانت أكثر الإحالات في كلا المبحثين قبلية داخلية، وأقلها الإحالة المقامية الخارجية في أحاديث متعددة، وتستعمال النبي لهذه الإحالات جاءت لدلالات مختلفة، كإرادة العموم، أو الخصوص، أو التنبيه على أمر محمود أو مذموم، أو لتعيين مقصود، وجاء المرجع في بعض الإحالات عائدا على المفهوم من الجملة التي قبله، حيث أسهمت الإحالات في جلاء المعاني المرادة من النص، فقد ربط بين أجزائه ووضحت مقصوده، وكان للمقال والمقام دور بارز في بيان مرجع الإحالة وتعيين مقصودها.

The study aimed to identify the cases related to the reference of the pronoun in the noble hadith narrated with the words of the Messenger, may God bless and grant him peace, from Sahih Muslim, in the noble prophetic hadith and to analyze the extent of the influence of the reference of the pronoun in the interpretation of the noble prophetic hadith. The importance of the current study is that it studies the pronoun and the cases of reference in the noble prophetic hadith from Sahih Muslim. Therfore, the study relied on the descriptive inductive method, and it determined the reference of the pronoun in the noble prophetic hadith narrated with the words of the Messenger, may God bless and grant him peace, then to clarify the cases in which the reference of the pronoun came and the role of these cases in the semantic aspect, by applying the steps of scientific research in the analytical aspect. The most important results reached by the study: The Prophet used most of the references mentioned in the study with the pronoun in his speech, except for one case, which is the post-reference of the genitive pronoun with the word (rubba). Most of the references in both topics were internal predicate, and the least of them were external situational references in several hadiths. The Prophet used these references for different meanings, such as the intention of generality, or specificity, or drawing attention to a praiseworthy or reprehensible matter, or to specify an intended meaning. The reference in some references came back to the concept of the sentence before it. The references contributed to clarifying the intended meanings of the text, as it linked its parts and clarified its intended meaning. The article and the situation played a prominent role in clarifying the reference and specifying its intended meaning.
