المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على جانب هام من حياة المحدثين ألا وهو رحلات المحدثين، وقد اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي للوصول إلى المعلومات المدرجة في هذا البحث، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الرحلة في طلب الحديث سنة متبعة منذ فجر الإسلام، حيث رحل الصحابة إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ورحل الصحابة والتابعون بعضهم إلى بعض، وتتابعت الأجيال الإسلامية على هذا النهج ولا سيما أهل الحديث، وكان الطالب يلجأ إلى الرحلة إلى البلاد النائية استكمالا لثقافته المحلية، ولم يتخلف عنها محدث. إلا القليل. ليتم علمه، ويتلقى الأسانيد العالية عن الشيوخ في شتي بقاع الأرض، والرحلة لها أهميتها في تحصيل علو الإسناد، وقدم السماع، ولقاء الحفاظ، والمذاكرة لهم، والاستفادة عنهم. وأوصي بضرورة البحث والتنقيب في كتب الرجال عن رحلات المحدثين في محاولة لاستيعاب أخبارهم، وما تحملوه من المشاق والصعوبات من أجل تحصيل علم الحديث.

The research aims to shed light on an important aspect of the lives of the Muhaddiths, which is the journeys of the Muhaddiths, I have followed the inductive and analytical approach to reach the information included in this research, The research concluded that the journey in seeking hadith is a Sunnah that has been followed since the dawn of Islam, when the Companions traveled to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, The Companions and the Followers traveled to each other, Islamic generations followed this path, especially the people of hadith, The student was resorting to the trip to remote countries complementing his local culture, And no one left behind -only a few - in order to complete his education, And receives high evidence from the sheikhs in various parts of the earth, The journey has its importance in acquiring the height attribution, the seniority of listening, meeting the memorizers, studying and benefiting from them. I recommend the necessity of searching and excavating in the books of men about the journeys of the Muhaddiths in an attempt to know their news, hardships and difficulties they endured in order to acquire the knowledge of hadith.
