ويشتمل على الاحتياط في الصلاة في زمن الوباء، ثم جاءت الخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج البحث، وأهم التوصيات. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث: أن النظرية الفقهية من وسائل التجديد الفقهي، وهي تشمل التجديد من حيث الأسلوب والتجديد من حيث المضمون، وأن النظرية الفقهية تحقق جانبا كبيرا من المصالح، والمقاصد المهمة، وأن العمل بالاحتياط له أدلته من القرآن والسنة النبوية، وقد عمل به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأمر به وحكم به في العديد من الوقائع، وقد أخذ به جميع علماء الإسلام بدرجات متفاوتة، وأن العمل بالاحتياط له أهمية كبرى للمسلم العابد، والداعية، والفقيه، وأن مفهوم الاحتياط أعم من مفهوم التشدد في الدين، وذلك لأن الاحتياط منه ما هو محمود ومنه ما هو مذموم، ومن الاحتياط المحمود الأخذ بأرجح أقوال العلماء، ومنه الخروج من الخلاف قدر الإمكان، فهذا مستحب ما لم يترتب عليه إخلال بمقاصد الشريعة السمحاء، وكانت أهم التوصيات: الاهتمام بفقه الاحتياط، وإعطاؤه المزيد من الدراسات، حتى يحظى بالتطبيق السليم على الواقع المعاصر، والاهتمام بدراسة فقه الاحتياط عند العلماء السابقين، وضرورة بذل الجهود لوضع ما يمكن وضعه من الأصول الشرعية في صورة نظريات مما يسهل دراستها والاستفادة منها
