المستخلص: أن الأمن الفكري هو سلامة فكر الإنسان وعقله وطريقة فهمه من الانحراف عن الوسطية فيما يخص الجوانب الدينية والسياسية ونظرته للكون، بحيث لا تقوده نظرته إلى الغلو والتنطع، أو الإلحاد والعلمنة. وتتجلى أهمية الأمن الفكري في حماية العقول من الغزو الفكري، والانحراف الثقافي، والتطرف الديني؛ بيد أن الأمن الفكري يتعدى ذلك كله ليكون من الضرورات الأمنية لحماية المكتسبات، والوقوف بحزم ضد كل ما يؤدي إلى الإخلال بالأمن الوطني. تتمثل مظاهر الأمن الفكري في الدعوة الإسلامية في النهي عن الغلو والابتداع في الدين، والفتوى على الله بغير علم، وتحقيق الأمن النفسي للفرد والمجتمع، وحفظ الضرورات الخمس، ويمكن القول أن أهم وسائل الأمن الفكري في العصر الحاضر هي: الأسرة، والتعليم، والمسجد، والإعلام. ولا غرو أن الدعوة الإسلامية معنية بتحقيق الأمن الفكري للمجتمع عبر وسائلها وأساليبها المختلفة سواء كانت خطبة أو محاضرة أو كتابا أو معهدا أو مؤسسة أو وسيلة إعلامية. تأسيسا على ذلك، فمن وظائفها في الوقت الحاضر ترسيخ منهج الوسطية والاعتدال في المجتمع بحسبانها تواجه الفكر المتطرف أو المنحل في نواته الأولى وقبل التشكل، ومن جهة أخرى، توضيح آثار مفارقة الجماعة من تفرق الناس في أهوائهم وآرائهم، وتحزبهم إلى طوائف، وجماعات سياسية، وفرق دينية يضرب بعضها بعضا، ويكفر بعضهم الآخر. كما يأتي في ذات السياق، التحذير من تغريب الهوية المجتمعية بسبب سطوة الحداثة على المشهد الإنساني عموما، والتفرغ لكتابة البحوث والدراسات للرد على خطاب الانحلال والعلمنة، وكشف عواره، وتبيين زيفه.

Intellectual security is the integrity of human thought, mind and way of understanding from deviation from moderation in terms of religious and political aspects and its view of the universe, so that its view of the universe does not lead him to hyperbole and introspection, or atheism and secularization. The importance of intellectual security is reflected in protecting minds from intellectual invasion, cultural deviation and religious extremism; however, intellectual security goes beyond all of this to be a security imperative to protect gains and to stand firm against an all that leads to a breach of national security. The manifestations of intellectual security are the Islamic call to forbid extremism and innovation in religion, fatwa on God without knowledge, achieving the psychological security of the individual and society, and preserving the five necessities, and arguably the most important means of intellectual security in the present era: family, education, mosque and media. Not surprisingly, the Islamic call is concerned with achieving the intellectual security of society through its various means and methods, be it a sermon, lecture, book, institute, institution or media. Based on this, one of its functions at present is to consolidate the approach of moderation and moderation in society as it faces extremist or dissolved thought in its first nucleus and before formation, and on the other hand, to illustrate the effects of the paradox of the group from the division of people in their whims and opinions, and their partisanship to sects, political groups, religious groups that beat each other, and disbelieve each other. In the same context, it also warns against the alienation of community identity because of the power of modernity over the human scene in general, and the full-time writing of research and studies to respond to the discourse of dissolution and secularization, to reveal its awarness, and to show its falsehood.
