| 520 | |b Digitization is a major challenge for development. For several years, Algeria has adopted a policy of digitalization of different sectors of the daily life of Algerians. In this sense, MESRS has launched a major digitization operation in the university sector. In this article, the aim is to understand the state and progress of this process, on the one hand, and to highlight the difficulties which hinder this operation, on the other hand. Finally, it is relevant to suggest avenues to the actors concerned by digitalization in order to improve and perfect their digitalization operation of the Algerian university. |d La numérisation est un enjeu majeur pour le développement. L’Algérie a adopté depuis quelques années une politique de digitalisation des différents secteurs de la vie quotidienne des Algériens. Dans ce sens, Le MESRS a lancé une grande opération de numérisation du secteur universitaire. Dans cet article, il est question de comprendre l’état et l’avancement de ce processus, d’un côté, et de mettre en lumière les difficultés qui font obstacle à cette opération, de l’autre côté. Enfin, il est pertinent de suggérer des pistes aux acteurs concernés par la digitalisation afin d’améliorer et perfectionner leur opération de numérisation de l’université algérienne. | ||
