يستطلع هذا البحث الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالزعفران، وذلك من خلال جمعها ثم دراستها، وتكمن أهميته في أمور: أولها: أن الزعفران من النباتات المشتهرة التي يكثر تداولها والتعامل بها بين الناس في الغذاء والطيب واللباس، ومن هنا تظهر الحاجة لبحث المسائل المتعلقة بها، وثانيها: أن أحكام الزعفران متعددة ومبثوثة في الأبواب الفقهية وهي بحاجة إلى الجمع والدراسة؛ لأنه لم يسبق إلى جمعها ودراستها في بحث مستقل -حسب اطلاعي-، ثالثها: رغبة الباحث في إثراء المكتبة الفقهية، والكتابة في هذا الموضوع. وقد تكون هذا البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وخمسة مسائل، وخاتمة، وفهرس المصادر. اشتملت المقدمة على الحديث عن أهمية الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطة البحث. واشتمل التمهيد على بيان حقيقة الزعفران، وأما المسائل الخمسة فكانت على النحو الآتي: المسألة الأولى: حكم طهورية الماء إذا خالطه الزعفران، المسألة الثانية: حكم اللباس المزعفر للرجل، المسألة الثالثة: حكم زكاة الزعفران، المسألة الرابعة: حكم أكل أو شرب الزعفران لغير المحرم، المسألة الخامسة: حكم أكل أو شرب الزعفران للمحرم. ثم ختمت هذا البحث بخاتمة بيّنت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها ثم فهرس المصادر.
This research explores the study of the jurisprudential rulings related to saffron, by collecting them and then studying them, and its importance lies in matters: The first of which is that saffron is one of the famous plants that is widely traded and dealt with among people for food, perfume, and clothing, and from here the need arises to research issues related to it. Secondly: The rulings on saffron are numerous and scattered in jurisprudential chapters, and they need to be collected and studied. Because it has never been collected and studied in independent research according to my knowledge - Third: The researcher's desire to enrich the jurisprudential library, through writing on this subject. This research consisted of an introduction, five issues, a conclusion, and an index of sources. The introduction included a talk about the importance of the topic, previous studies, the research methodology, and the research plan. The introduction included an explanation of the truth about saffron and its uses. As for the five issues, they were as follows: The first issue: The ruling on the purity of water if it is mixed with saffron. The second issue: The ruling on saffron clothing for men. The third issue: The ruling on zakat on saffron. The fourth issue: The ruling on eating or drinking saffron for others. Muhrim, the fifth issue: The ruling on eating or drinking saffron for a muhrim . Then I concluded this research with a conclusion in which I explained the most important results I reached, then a list of sources.
