|a يتناول هذا البحث أحد جوانب السنة وهو السنة التقريرية في توصيفها وتعريفها وشروطها، وما يظن أنه من السنة التقريرية وليس منها، ثم يبين أقسامها باعتبار من صدر منه الفعل، وأقسامها من حيث ورود النهي السابق من عدمه، وهل يدخل فيها قول الصحابي كنا نفعل أو كانوا يفعلون؟ وهل تعتبر سنة تقريرية فيما يجوز أن يخفى مثله على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما لم يكن في حضرته؟ ثم ما دلالة ما اقترن بالتقرير من قرائن؟ وهل يدل على العموم؟ ثم يقوم البحث ببيان صور التقرير وأمثلة عليه وحكم التقرير ودلالته وحجيته.
|b This research deals with one of the aspects of the Sunnah, which is the Decreeing Sunnah (Approved or not objected by the Prophet) in its description, definition and conditions, and what is thought to be from the Decreeing Sunnah and not from it, then shows its divisions by considering the one from whom the act was issued, and its divisions in terms of the previous prohibition or not, and whether the Companion's saying: "we used to do" or "they used to do" included or not? And is what can be hidden from the Prophet which was done in his absence considered a Decreeing Sunnah? Then what is the significance of the clues associated with the Decreeing Sunnah? Is it indicative of the generality? Then the research shows pictures of the Decreeing Sunnah, examples of it, And the ruling of the Decreeing Sunnah, its significance, and its validity.
