المستخلص: الاختلاف قائم بين البشر نتيجة أسباب كثيرة، منها: الاختلاف في المصطلحات، لذا فلابد أن نَعْرِفَ مُصْطَلَحَاتِ من نتحدث معه أو من نقرأ له حتى نستطيع فهم كلامه. لم يقتصر خطر اختلاف المصطلحات على الخطأ في فهم كلام البشر بل أدى إلى الخطأ في فهم كلام الله - عز وجل - من جهتين؛ الأولى: تفسير كتاب الله - تعالى- على لغة العرب وحدهم دون معرفة المصطلحات القرآنية. الثانية: تفسير كتاب الله -تعالى- بمصطلحات حادثة بعد نزول القرآن الكريم، وهي ليست مرادة قطعاً. ومن هنا فلابد تحرير المصطلحات حتى نقارب بين المختلفين، ونزيل ما يُتَوَهَّمُ أَنَّهُ اختلافٌ مع أنه ليس اختلافا في الحقيقة. والبحث يجيب عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما معنى المصطلح؟ وما المراد بتحرير المصطلح؟ ما علاقة المصطلح باللغة؟ وهل يوجد نماذج من القرآن الكريم لكلمات يمكن أن يطلق عليها مصطلحات قرآنية؟ هل يوجد نماذج لتفسير القرآن الكريم بمصطلحات بشرية أدى إلى الخطأ في تفسيره؟ هل يوجد نماذج لمصطلحات مختلفة المفهوم أدت إلى الاختلاف بين العلماء وهو ليس اختلافا حقيقيًّا؟ وقد قُسم البحث إلى مقدمة فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه. والمبحث الأول: التعريف بالمصطلح. والمبحث الثاني: مصطلحات قرآنية. الخاتمة، فيها أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته. وقد توصل البحث إلى: ضرورة تحرير المصطلحات، وفهم كلام المتكلم حسب مصطلحه هو لا بأي مصطلح آخر. أن فهم الكلام بمصطلح غير اصطلاح المتكلم يؤدي إلى إشكاليات كبرى، كخطأ الفهم، وزيادة نقطة الخلاف. في فهم القرآن الكريم لابد وأن يكون باللغة العربية التي نزل بها، ولا ننزله على مصطلحات العلماء الحادثة بعدُ.

The difference exists between people as a result of many rea- sons, including: the difference in terminology, so we must know the terminology of the person we are talking to or the person we are reading to so that we can understand his words. The danger of different terminology was not limited to misunderstanding human words, but rather it led to misunderstanding the words of God - the Almighty from two aspects: The first Interpreting the Book of God Almighty in the Arabic language alone without knowing the Quranic terminology. Second Interpreting the Book of God Almighty in terms that occurred after the revelation of the Holy Qur'an and this is definitely not what is intended Hence it is necessary to edit the terminology in order to bring the differences together and remove what is imagined to be a difference even though it is not a difference in reality. Hence the idea of this research came to serve as a warning to those engaged in scientific research to this important part, and to those engaged in interpretation, so that they do not interpret the Holy Qur'an in everything that the Arabic language allows, and do not interpret it with newly invented terms, whether they are terms developed by scholars of religion, language, economics, or others. Then the research will answer some questions that come to mind. The research answers the following questions: What is the meaning of the term? What is meant by editing the term? What is the relationship of the term to language? Are there examples from the Holy Qur'an of words that can be called Quranic terms? Are there examples of interpreting the Holy Qur'an in human terms that led to errors in its interpretation? Are there examples of different conceptual terms that have led to disagreement among scholars that is not a real disagreement? The research was divided into an introduction that included the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the re- search plan, and its methodology. The first topic: definition of the term. The second topic: Quranic terminology. The conclusion contains the most important results and recommendations of the research. The research concluded: the necessity of editing terminology, and understanding the speaker's words according to his terminology and not by any other terminology. Understanding speech using a term other than the speaker's terminology leads to major problems, such as misunderstanding, and increasing the point of disagreement. In understanding the Holy Qur'an, it must be in the Arabic language in which it was revealed, and we should not base it on the terminology of scholars that have not yet been revealed.
