المستخلص: عمدت الدراسة في هذا البحث على جمع الأحاديث التي رواها الإمام أبو يعلى الموصلي في مسنده وجود أسانيدها الإمام الهيثمي في مجمع الزوائد إذ بغلت بعد التتبع والاستقراء (٥) أحاديث، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة مبينا فيها ومبتدأ بترجمة للإمام أبو يعلى "رحمه الله" ويليها بيان بعضا من شيوخه وتلامذته، ثم بيان ثناء العلماء عليه، مع نقل أقوال أهل العلم فيه، وذكر تاريخ وفاته، وهذا كله في المبحث الأول من الدراسة، وجاء المبحث الثاني في حياة الإمام الهيثمي مستهلا التعريف به مع ذكر بعضا من شيوخه وتلامذته، ثم بيان مكانته العلمية وحفظه، خاتما المبحث بوفاته "رحمه الله تعالى"، فيما جاء المبحث الثالث منها في دراسة الأحاديث التي رواها الإمام أبو يعلى الموصلي في مسنده وجود أسانيدها الإمام الهيثمي في مجمع الزوائد، وقد كانت الدراسة لهذه الأحاديث بأننا نورد الرواية بسندها متنها من مسند أبو يعلى الموصلي مع ذكر حكم الهيثمي بعده مباشرة، وبعدها نقوم بتخريج الحديث، ثم دراسة رجال إسناده والحكم على السند من خلال الدراسة لمعرفة موافقه حكمه لما يتبين لنا من الدراسة مبيننا ذلك من خلال الحكم على السند، وبعد هذا ننقل أقوال أهل العلم في الحكم على الحديث، ومن الله التوفيق وعليه التكلان.

In this research, the study sought to collect the hadiths narrated by Imam Abu Ya’la al-Mawsili in his Musnad and the presence of their chains of transmission by Imam al-Haythami in Majma’ al-Zawa’id. After tracing and extrapolation, it amounted to (5) hadiths. This study came with an explanation of it and began with a translation by Imam Abu Ya’la, “may God have mercy on him,” followed by a statement. Some of his sheikhs and students, then explaining the scholars’ praise of him, quoting the sayings of the scholars about him, and mentioning the date of his death, and all of this is in the first section of the study. The second section came in the life of Imam al-Haythami, beginning with introducing him with mentioning some of his sheikhs and students, then explaining his status. Scientific knowledge and his preservation, concluding the study with his death, “May God Almighty have mercy on him.” While the third section of it came in the study of the hadiths narrated by Imam Abu Ya`la al-Mawsili in his Musnad and the presence of its chains of transmission by Imam al-Haythami in Majma` al-Zawa’id. The study of these hadiths was that we cite the narration with its text chain of transmission from the Musnad of Abu Ya`la al-Mawsili with mentioning al-Haythami’s ruling directly after it, and after that we graduate the hadith. Then we study the men of its chain of transmission and judge the chain of transmission through the study to find out that its ruling agrees with what becomes clear to us from the study, explaining that by judging the chain of transmission. After this, we convey the sayings of the scholars in judging the hadith, and from God is success, and we can trust in Him.
