|a هذا بحث بعنوان (معالم منهج الإمام الفخر الرازي في أصول الفقه من خلال كتبه) سعيت من خلاله إلى الإجابة عن عدة تساؤلات مفادها: هل كان للإمام الفخر الرازي إطار منهجي ثابت؟ وما الأطر النظرية الأصولية التي ينطلق منها الفخر الرازي؟ وما مدى تأثيرها على الدرس الأصولي عنده؟ وهل كان للإمام الفخر الرازي منهج مستقل في الدرس الأصولي؟ فضلا عن السؤال عن معالم الدرس الأصولي من حيث الصياغة والمضمون عند الفخر؟ وما التجديد فيها؟ وبالإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة يمكن تحقيق هدف هذا البحث. وقد جعلته في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث تغطي جوانب الموضوع.
|b This research Entitled (The Features of Al Imam Al Fakhr Al Razi Methods/Approaches in Islamic Jurisprudence Principles (Usul Al Fiqh) Through his Books) aims to answer several questions, including: Did Al Imam Al Fakher Al Razi have a fixed systematic framework? What are the fundamentalist theoretical frameworks that Al Fakhr Al-Razi adopted? What is its impact on the fundamentalist lesson? Did Al Imam Al Fakhr Al Razi have an independent curriculum in the fundamentalist lesson ? What are the features of the fundamentalist lesson in terms of form and content in Al Fakhr works? And what is the renewal? By answering these questions, the goal of this research can be achieved. This research has introduction, and four Topics covered all the subject aspects.
