المستخلص: This study aims to shed light on the strategies of facing professional pressures among public health nurses at the public hospital establishment Mohamed Boudiaf in Oum El Bouaghi. The study included a sample of 59 nurses in the same hospital institution. Furthermore, the two researchers relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool, which consisted of two axes, through the results of which the researchers tried to investigate the study hypotheses. The study found that the most commonly used strategies for coping with professional pressures by the sample members were emotion-centered strategies, especially self-talk to feel comfortable, restraining feelings and not expressing them, psychological preparation, trying to forget the problem, retaining stiffness, and avoiding being around colleagues.
