المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع وعي الأسرة السعودية بحقوق الطفل الثقافية، والوقوف على معوقات ذلك الوعي، ومن ثم تقديم تصور مقترح لرفع درجة وعي الأسرة السعودية بحقوق الطفل الثقافية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إضافة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي، أداة الدراسة: استبانة من إعداد الباحثة تهدف إلى قياس درجة الوعي بالحقوق الثقافية وتحدياتها المعاصرة، مجتمع الدراسة: أولياء أمور الأسر السعودية والبالغ عددها (1132902) أسرة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (710) ولي أمر من الأسر السعودية بأهم المدن الرئيسية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي: أن حقوق الطفل الثقافية من الحقوق الملزمة في الشريعة الإسلامية، باعتبارها حقوقاً أساسيةً وليست كمالية، وذلك في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية بحفظ الضروريات الخمس، تمتاز حقوق الطفل الثقافية في الإسلام بأنها حقوق مطلقة، وتكاملية، وبنائية، وعالمية، كما تمتاز بالمرونة، والأصالة والمعاصرة، أثبتت الدراسة أن من حقوق الطفل الثقافية حق الثقافة الإلكترونية، من خلال قاعدة فقه الأولويات تبعاً لتغير حاجات العصر، أظهرت الدراسة أن درجة وعي الأسرة السعودية بحقوق الطفل الثقافية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.

The study's Objectives: This study aimed to explore the reality of the Saudi family's awareness of the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges, and to identify the obstacles of its awareness of these rights and challenges. Hence, a proposed perspective is presented to raise the level of the Saudi family's awareness of such rights and accompanied challenges. The Study's Methodology: It adopted the descriptive-analytical method in addition to the inductive-deductive method. The Study's Instrument: A questionnaire prepared by the researcher that aims to measure the level of awareness of the cultural rights and their contemporary challenges. The Study's Population: Guardians of Saudi families whose number was 1132902 families. The Study's Sample: The study's sample was 710 guardians of Saudi families in main cities of Saudi Arabia. The Study's Chapters: It included 5 chapters. Chapter One: The general frame of the study (The Plan). Chapter Two: The theoretical frame of the study (The Child's Cultural Rights in light of contemporary challenges), whereas Chapter Three dealt with field measures of the study. Chapter Four: Analysis of the results and their interpretation. Chapter Five included the proposed perspective for developing the Saudi family's awareness as regards the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges. The Study's results: Among the key results of the study were the following: The child's cultural rights are binding ones in Islamic Sharia (Islamic Law) as being basic rights and not complementary ones in light of Sharia's ultimate purposes of preserving the five necessities, The child's cultural rights in Islam are distinct in being infinite, complementary, constructive and global rights, in addition to their flexibility, originality and contemporaneity, The study proved that among the child's cultural rights is the right of electronic culture through the basic rule of understanding priorities in accordance with the changes in the needs of the age, The study showed that the level of awareness was medium as regards the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges.
