المستخلص: The Algerian legislator has taken important and commendable steps within the framework of a series of reforms in the field of judicial work, especially in order to keep pace with commercial developments in the light of the electronic and digital environment. Thus, the legislator has revived the specialized court with more efficiency and flexibility through its formation and expertise in commercial and economic customs and practices, in order to find solutions and resolve disputes related to commercial matters. This research paper came to clarify the legal provisions governing the specialized commercial court in Algeria.
