This study aimed to highlight the role of organizational leadership in enhancing the performance of work teams within Algerian economic enterprises. It achieved this by examining the relationship between organizational leadership and performance. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher employed a descriptive approach to describe the study variables and analyze the research population, which consisted of 150 male and female employees from commercial teams responsible for marketing and selling fixed-line and internet services within the enterprise, the study utilized a comprehensive survey method to select the research sample, the findings indicate that organizational leadership plays a significant role in enhancing the performance of work teams within the studied enterprise, this is achieved through team leaders employing human, intellectual, organizational, and technical skills to activate the performance of commercial work teams, Effective teams also exhibit distinguishing characteristics compared to other work teams. |
