المستخلص: عرفت البشرية عبر تاريخها العديد من الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية كالطاعون وغيره، ولكنها لم تشهد وباء كالذي انتشر أخيرا في جميع أنحاء العالم، وكان ظهوره في مدينة ووهان الصينية في شهر ديسمبر عام ۲۰۱۹، ألا وهو فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد -۱۹)، وقد كان لهذا الفيروس آثارا عديدة ومنوعة -لم يحدثها أي وباء من قبل -سواء آثارا اقتصادية أو اجتماعية أو غيرها من الآثار الأخرى. وسوف أتناول في هذه الدراسة في المبحث الأول مفهوم الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية وأنواعها وكيفية انتقالها بين الأفراد وطرق الوقاية منها. وفي المبحث الثاني أتناول أهم الآثار الاقتصادية التي خلفها هذا الوباء وأهم القطاعات التي تأثرت جراء انتشاره، ومنها انخفاض النمو الاقتصادي، الطلب العالمي، انخفاض معدل التجارة الدولية، وتدني تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وانخفاض أسعار النفط العالمي، سوق العمل وارتفاع معدل البطالة، وتأثر قطاع السياحة والنقل، الزراعة والأمن الغذائي. وفي المبحث الثالث تناولت أهم الآثار الاجتماعية التي نتجت عن تفشي هذا الفيروس ومنها قطاع التعليم، وقطاع الصحة، والبعد الاجتماعي للفقر والخدمات العامة، وتأثيره على بعض الفئات الاجتماعية كالنساء وكبار السن والشباب والأطفال وذوي الإعاقة. ثم سردت في الخاتمة لأهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة، متوصلا لنتيجة مهمة وهي مدى الحاجة إلى التعاون بين دول العالم المختلفة والاستفادة من الموارد والخبرات الموجودة بطريقة فعالة ومستدامة، للقضاء على هذا الفيروس. أملا أن تكون نواه لأصحاب القرار يهتدون بها في اتخاذ القرار الذي يعود بالنفع على مصرنا الحبيبة.

Throughout its history, mankind has known many epidemics and infectious diseases such as the plague and others, but it has not witnessed an epidemic like the one that recently spread throughout the world, and its appearance was in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December 2019, which is the emerging Corona virus (Covid-19), and this had The virus has many and varied effects- that no epidemic has had before- whether economic, social or other effects. In this study, I will address in the first section the concept of epidemics and infectious diseases, their types, how they are transmitted between individuals, and ways to prevent them. In the second topic, I address the most important economic effects of this epidemic and the most important sectors affected by its spread, including the decline in economic growth, global demand, the decline in the rate of international trade, the decline in foreign direct investment flows, the decline in global oil prices, the labor market and the high rate of unemployment, and the impact of the sector Tourism and Transport, Agriculture and Food Security. In the third topic, I dealt with the most important social effects that resulted from the outbreak of this virus, including the education sector, the health sector, the social dimension of poverty and public services, and its impact on some social groups such as women, the elderly, youth, children and people with disabilities. Then, in the conclusion, I listed the most important findings and recommendations that I reached through this study, reaching an important conclusion, which is the extent of the need for cooperation between different countries of the world and to benefit from the existing resources and expertise in an effective and sustainable manner, to eliminate this virus. Take the decision that is beneficial to our beloved Egypt.
