المستخلص: The current study aimed to identify the training needs of new primary school teachers in the light of educational reforms. The study also sought to answer the following questions: 1.What is the order of the training needs of the new teachers of the primary stage? 2.Are there differences in the training needs of new primary school teachers due to the gender variable? In order to answer the questions of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and the training needs questionnaire for new primary school teachers was used. It was applied to a sample of (60) male and female teachers in the primary stage in the city of M’sila. After collecting data and analyzing it by computer through the SPSS program, the results of the study were extracted and presented. A number of recommendations the researcher hopes to be taken into account.
